1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Kundax Color, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Kundax Color is a service that transforms user-uploaded photographs into personalized coloring book pages using artificial intelligence (AI image generation). The AI processes your photos to render them as line-art coloring pages. Users can download digital PDFs or order professionally printed physical books fulfilled by our printing partner, Lulu Direct.

By uploading photos and initiating AI generation, you acknowledge and consent to your photos being processed by AI to create your coloring book artwork. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be exact likenesses.

3. Content Ownership and Photo License

• You retain full ownership of all photos you upload.
• By uploading a photo, you grant Kundax Color a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos using AI solely for the purpose of generating your personalized coloring book.
• This license is revoked when your photos are deleted (automatically after 30 days, or upon your request).
• The generated coloring pages are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not resell or commercially distribute generated coloring pages without our prior written permission.
• We will never use your photos for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than generating your book.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload photos that:

• You do not have the right to use (e.g., photos of people who have not consented)
• Contain explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Depict minors in any inappropriate manner

We reserve the right to refuse service and remove content that violates these terms. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our coloring pages are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality results, AI generation is not exact and results may vary. Generated artwork is an artistic interpretation of your photos, not a photorealistic reproduction. We do not guarantee any specific visual outcome.

We offer 3 free preview pages before purchase so you can evaluate the quality before committing to a purchase.

6. Refund Policy

• Digital downloads: Non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and made available for download.
• Physical books: If you are unhappy with the print quality, we will reprint and reship your book at no charge. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Bundle orders: The physical book portion follows the reprint policy above. The digital portion is non-refundable once generated.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment

Physical books are printed and fulfilled by Lulu Direct, our third-party printing partner. Free shipping is included with all physical book orders. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after production (typically 2–3 business days). Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. Tracking information is provided via email once your book ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's consumer terms of service. All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing confirmed orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kundax Color is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to AI generation quality, print color reproduction, or shipping delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
